Cafe Rio Opens Its Doors
Maria Delgado opens the first Cafe Rio at 2131 E Camelback Rd, Phoenix. The 40-seat restaurant serves 12 core dishes and welcomes 200 guests in its first week.
First Phoenix Magazine Award
Cafe Rio receives the Phoenix Magazine "Best New Restaurant" award, attracting city-wide attention and doubling our weekly guest count within three months.
Farm-to-Table Partnership Launch
