2009

Cafe Rio Opens Its Doors

Maria Delgado opens the first Cafe Rio at 2131 E Camelback Rd, Phoenix. The 40-seat restaurant serves 12 core dishes and welcomes 200 guests in its first week.

2012

First Phoenix Magazine Award

Cafe Rio receives the Phoenix Magazine "Best New Restaurant" award, attracting city-wide attention and doubling our weekly guest count within three months.

2015

Farm-to-Table Partnership Launch

We partner with seven local Arizona farms to source 80% of our produce locally, launching our signature farm-to-table menu that guests still love today.

Full Restaurant Renovation
